Psalms 70
- 1Hurry, O God, to deliver me. Hurry to help me, O Lord.
- 2Let them be ashamed and disgraced that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
- 3Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
- 4Let all those that seek you rejoice and be glad in you: and let such as love your salvation say continually, Let God be praised.
- 5But I am poor and needy: hurry to me, O God: you are my help and my deliverer. O Lord, do not delay.
What changed from the KJV
GIGAKJV is a modern English revision of the King James Version. The comparison below uses the project's KJV text in the later 1769 tradition and marks, word by word, each verse of Psalms 70 where the wording differs: struck-through words are the KJV's, highlighted words are GIGAKJV's.
