Psalms 125
- 1Those who trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but lasts forever.
- 2As the mountains are around Jerusalem, so the Lord is around his people from now on even for ever.
- 3For the scepter of the wicked will not remain over the portion given to the righteous, so that the righteous do not turn their hands to evil.
- 4Do good, O Lord, to those who are good, and to those who are upright in their hearts.
- 5As for such as turn aside to their crooked ways, the Lord shall lead them out with the evildoers: but peace shall be on Israel.
What changed from the KJV
GIGAKJV is a modern English revision of the King James Version. The comparison below uses the project's KJV text in the later 1769 tradition and marks, word by word, each verse of Psalms 125 where the wording differs: struck-through words are the KJV's, highlighted words are GIGAKJV's.
